ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Tsuyoshi Muro ムロツヨシ

Tsuyoshi Muro aspired to become an actor while in college and began his career in 1999 with a solo stage performance that he wrote and directed. In 2008, he began regularly writing, directing, and performing in the stage series muro-shiki. Since then, he has worked extensively across film, television, and theater. In 2020, he directed an episode of the television drama Daddy is My Classmate (親バカ青春白書), in which he also starred. This film marks his feature directorial debut.
