Mari works as a volunteer telephone counselor at a suicide prevention center. One night, she receives a call from a distressed young man named Eita. The call is abruptly cut off, but he calls again shortly after—this time more distant and guarded. As Mari continues speaking with him, the conversation deepens, gradually drawing her into a confrontation with her own past.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Jun Shison 志尊淳

Jun Shison was born in Tokyo, and made his acting debut in 2011. In 2012, he gained wide recognition in the lead role of the television series Ressha Sentai ToQger.
Since then, he has appeared in films including Teiichi: Battle of Supreme High (2017), Fortuna’s Eye (2019), and The Night Beyond the Tricornered Window (2021), as well as the historical television drama Seiten wo Tsuke.
hold on” marks his directorial debut as part of MIRRORLIAR FILMS Season 2.
