Okinawan Blue
On the small island of Zamami, three different stories intertwine: a quarreling French-American couple, a fugitive returning to the island to claim back his son, and a local girl abandoned by her mother and living with her stepfather. The connecting point of these stories is the Full Moon Guesthouse. The beautiful cinematography in this lovely film is only outdone by the kindness and wisdom of the islanders.
