Joshua, a young foreign traveler in Japan, and Yamagishi, an elderly man driving alone, are each on their way to separate destinations. When their paths cross, they begin to move one another’s hearts despite not sharing a common language. Crossing boundaries of age and nationality, the film quietly reflects on the power of communication beyond words.
