The life of a bored, lonely and listless student in Tokyo is changed after he meets two people at a hide-and-seek club. Together, they start the Midnight Maiden War, which is their plan to destroy Tokyo. Director NINOMIYA touches on the modern day melancholy and frustration of young people with punk energy, stylish cinematography, superb sound design, and a unique sense of beauty and decadence.
