Tokyo Moratorium
Takuya, an aspiring screenwriter, is living a stagnant life in Tokyo. One night, he reunites with former friends from his college film club for a drink. As they look back and reminisce about the days they spent together making films, old feelings begin to surface. As the night unfolds, the way they see themselves, each other, and the lives they have chosen gradually begins to shift.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Michihito Fujii 藤井 道人
Michihito Fujii graduated from Nihon University College of Art’s Department of Cinema. After graduating, he established the video production group BABEL LABEL in 2010. He made his feature directorial debut with Oh! Father (オー!ファーザー, 2014), based on the novel by Kotaro Isaka. He has since directed films including We Are (青の帰り道, 2018), Day and Night (デイアンドナイト, 2019), and The Journalist (新聞記者, 2019), which won six Japan Academy Awards. His more recent films include 18×2 Beyond Youthful Days (青春18×2 君へと続く道, 2024) and Faceless (正体, 2024).
